How does Progressive Reef Ship my items to me?
Progressive Reef utilizes two primary methods for shipping; Canada/US Post and UPS.
How long will my package take to arrive?
This varries considerably based on your location, and the shipping method you selected. Average delivery time for UPS is within 7 business day for UPS standard, and can be as fast as overnight if you pay for that option.
Postal service can take quite a while to arrive (several weeks) if shipped small parcel post. While shipping within the states is usually fairly quick, when dealing with customs anything shipped by small parcel post can take a while. This is usually not recomended unless the item you have purchased is not time sensitive.
I have placed an order, how long will it take before it shipped?
Under most circumstances an item will ship within 2 busienss days of an order being placed. If there is a rush on an item please phone us at 1-866-997-7333 and speak with a representative. Please note we DO NOT ship on the weekend (unless by special request and extra shipping charges). Mondays are quite busy processing weekend orders, so most shipments leave on Tuesday through Friday.
It has been longer then 2 business days and my order has not shipped, why?
Several factors might influence shipping delays. If a credit card payment hasnt cleared yet, or the province or state you reside in has higher then average rates of fraud we may delay shipment by up to 96 hours to allow credit card payments to be verified, and addresses confirmed prior to shipping.
This is for your protection.
My shipment arrive damaged, what do I do?
Under no circumstances should you accept a damaged parcel. Immediately on reciept of a damaged item contact the shipping provider and start a damage claim. Progressive Reef cannot offer any coverage on items that do not have a recognized claim from the shipping company.
My shipment is lost/stolen, what do I do?
Contact Progressive Reef and your shipping company. A missing item claim will need to be opened with the shipping company for reimbursement.
A representative told me I was entitled to free shipping on my next order, how do I recieve this?
You will recieve a coupon from your sales rep that can be entered in your order during payment options. Please phone the store to recieve your coupon if you were not provided one.
