How can I pay for my order?

All orders for Progressive Reef can be paid for through the website using most major credit cards, money order, or Paypal.

Money orders will not be shipped untill the payment has been recieved.

My credit card was not accepted when I tried to pay for my order, why?

In most cases, when a credit card is declined it is due to the shipping address not matching the billing address on the card.

For security reasons we are unable to process orders that have an alternate adress from the billing address. If you have recently moved you simply need to update your billing address with your credit card provider.

I see a "service charge" on my credit card statement after purchasing something from Progressive Reef, what is this?

We have recently been made aware that certain US banks are charging their clients a service fee when making purchases outside of the United States. This charge is not made by Progressive Reef, but by your credit card provider.
